The slump in the housing market caught up with Fidelity National Financial Inc. in the fourth quarter. The title insurance provider reported a loss of $44.9 million, or 21 cents per share. That was down from the $71.2 million, or 34 cents per share, the company earned in the fourth quarter of 2006. (FNF)
