Three fair housing groups, including one in Milwaukee, have filed a lawsuit against Bayshore Town Center developer Steiner & Associates and other companies claiming that Bayshore and other Steiner projects fail to comply with federal accessibility standards for people with disabilities.

Home prices in the Dallas metropolitan area fell 4.1 percent in February from a year ago and were down 0.7 percent from January, according to a national survey of home prices by Standard & Poor's.
