The Intiman Theatre will survive. After raising $1 million in pledges, the board of trustees voted unanimously Monday to go forward with a 2012 season. “There were champagne corks popping,” said Terry Jones, president of the board, just after the group's meeting ended Monday evening (Feb. 6). Board members had agreed that if they didn't raise enough to meet the $1 million goal, they would close the doors of the theater permanently.
