Ohio governor gives address near Pittsburgh

Ohio Gov. John Kasich will be in nearby Steubenville — much closer to Pittsburgh than the capital city of Columbus — to give his State of the State address. The speech, apparently one of the first times an Ohio governor has given his address to the Legislature away from the capital, will begin at 1 p.m. at Wells Academy in Steubenville. It's considered one of the best schools in Ohio. No one knows what Kasich is likely to say, but it could have an impact here in Pennsylvania.
