RTI improves in fourth quarter

RTI International Metals broke even in its fourth quarter, up from a loss in the same period a year ago. The Pittsburgh-based titanium manufacturer had $15,000 of net income on revenues of $141.9 million in the fourth quarter, compared to a loss of $1.4 million, or 5 cents a share, on revenues of $114.7 million a year ago. RTI's titanium division had $6.1 million in operating income on revenues of $81.1 million, up from the $300,000 in operating income on $61.5 million in revenues in the same quarter a year ago…
