Developers buy land for Austin Business Park

A local developer is preparing the build a new business park at the Austin Boulevard interchange. BW Partners Ltd., a joint venture partnership between Washington Township-based Mark Fornes Realty Inc. and Miamisburg-based Construction Managers of Ohio, is purchasing 80 acres of land on Byers Road for $4.1 million from the city of Miamisburg to develop Austin Business Park. The development would be the second for BW Partners, which also worked together on Byers Business Park, a 175,000-square-foot development on Byers Road, near Benner Road and just north of the Austin Road interchange…
