Kevin Murphy, formerly Minnesota's top banking regulator, has joined the state's banking industry group. The Minnesota Bankers Association (MBA) said Wednesday it has hired Murphy, who stepped down as the deputy commissioner of financial institutions at the Minnesota Department of Commerce in December.
