Liggett Stashower files for Chapter 7 bankruptcy

A Cleveland advertising agency that last month made "across the board" cuts has filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy protection, the Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. The 24-year-old Liggett Stashower Inc. announced its Feb. 3 closure in a letter from President David Moore on Monday, the newspaper reports. The letter says that the company "had hoped to reorganize and rebuild the agency, but that unfortunately did not come to pass," the newspaper reports.
