Kroger Co.’s (NYSE: KR) Little Clinic operations didn’t grow in 2011 but should pick up a bit of speed in 2012, according to a new report. The lack of expansion was primarily because a relationship with Publix Super Markets Inc. ended and because of Little Clinic’s leadership change, according to the ConvUrgentCare 2012 Market Report.
